It is the fundamental right of all Guilfoyle Wreckers employees to be able to work in a harmonious environment where they feel that they are an important part of the team and their contributions are much needed.
It is Guilfoyle Australasia policy that positive action shall be taken at all times and all employees to achieve the following:
- All employees are renumerated as per their agreed Enterprise Bargaining Agreement
- There shall be equal opportunity for both males and females
- Instituting a continuous program of education and training
- Each site sets up a consultative committee, which includes representatives of all sub contractors
- Weekly meeting is conducted. The company supplies incentives to employees with innovative ideas
- All employees are encouraged to put forward new ideas
- All Guilfoyle Employees are required to be courteous and respectful at all times
- Any industrial relations dispute are settled as per the dispute procedure in our Enterprise Bargaining Agreement
- All sub contractors shall be audited for the compliance to our requirements for this policy. This shall be carried out on all sub contractors, on each project
The aim of this policy is to ensure all employees work in a harmonious environment and enjoy their work with as little disputation as possible.
